Varsity Club Plans Accepted

The plans and specifications for the new Varsity Club building to be erected on the northeast corner of the Union, of the Prescott street side, have been accepted by the Board of Overseers. The plans provide training table rooms for all the athletic teams in training, both for the University and Freshman teams, a large living room, and bed rooms for the coaches. The interior arrangements will on the whole, correspond to those of the present building on Holyoke street.

The following men, officers of the Varsity Club, compose the committee having the construction of the building in charge; president, F. W. Thayer '78: vice-president, L. Withington. Jr., '11: treasurer. W. F. Garcelon '95: secretary, R. C. Foster '11: J. W. Hallowell '99, D. D. Haughten '99, J. Richardson. Jr., '08, and R. S. Potter '12.
