Dr. A. P. Andrew, Ph.D. '00, Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, will hold a seminary of economics upon "The Suggested Plan for Monetary Reform" in Upper Dane 2 this afternoon at 4.30 o'clock.

Dr. Andrew was formerly an instructor and then an assistant professor in the Department of Economics, giving courses on money and banking. When the National Monetary Commission was established, Dr. Andrew became adviser and consulting expert, and was in editorial charge of all publications of that body. He was appointed Director of the Mint and after a short term of service was appointed Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, which position he now holds.

Dr. Andrew, Mr. A. Lowes Dickinson, of New York, and Mr. John F. Moors '83, of Boston, will be guests of the Economics Department at an informal dinner at the Colonial Club this evening, at 6.30 o'clock.
