Dr. A. P. Andrew, Jr., Ph.D. '05, Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, will speak on "The Suggested Plan for Monetary Legislation" in a seminary of economics in Upper Dane 2, Monday afternoon at 4.30 o'clock.
Dr. Andrew retired from an assistant professorship in economics in the University in 1909, after serving six years in that position. Since August in 1909 he has been director of the United States Mint.
