According to a tentative schedule just announced, Priceton will play nine football games next fall, one less than the number played this season. The game with the University team is scheduled for November 2 and the game with Yale for November 16, the same relative dates as were followed this fall. The game with Dartmouth, however, has been shifted to three weeks earlier in the season than has been the custom in the past, so that instead of meeting Dartmouth, Harvard and Yale on three successive Saturdays, Princeton will have two weeks intervening between each two of the three hardest contests. The Navy does not appear on the schedule, and the negotiations which last year pointed to a game with Cornell have thus far failed to materialize. The only dates for which games have not yet been definitely arranged are October 13 and November 9.
The schedule as it now stands is as follows:
September 28--Stevens.
October 2--Rutgers.
October 6.--Lehigh.
October 13.--Open.
October 20--Dartmouth at New York.
October 27--Colgate.
November 2--Harvard, at Cambridge.
November 9--Open.
November 16--Yale.
Unless otherwise specified all games will be played at Princeton.
