Rev. George Frederick Herrick, D. D., of Constantinople, will give the first of a course of six lectures entitled "Christian and Mohammedan," in Room A, of the Andover Seminary Building, this afternoon at 4.30 o'clock. This course is the second given this year under the Hyde Foundation. The special subject for the lecture this afternoon is "The Present Outlook in the Nearer East." Dr. Herrick will lecture tomorrow on "Christian and Mohammedan: Their Past."

These lectures are open to all members of the University and to the public.
