The Freshman mass meeting held in Lower Massachusetts last evening was attended by about 150 men. H. L. Gaddis '12 presided and introduced C. E. Brickley '15, captain of the Freshman team, who pointed out the good record made so far but emphasized the fact that the men were not overconfident. Coach H. C. Dewey '12 then spoke on the need of class spirit and urged the class to support the team as a body and individually. Enough money was collected after the meeting to defray the expenses of a band, which has been engaged to parade with the class to the field today.
