A series of games for the class basketball championship will be held next week. On Tuesday the Juniors will play the Seniors; on Wednesday the Freshmen will play the Sophomores; and on Friday the winners will meet for the interclass championship. The members of the winning team will receive their class numerals and individual cups.
Practice will start this evening in the Gymnasium, and the teams will practice at the following hours: 1913, 6 to 6.45 o'clock; 1914, 6.45 to 7.30 o'clock 1911, 7.30 to 8.15 o'clock: 1912, 8.15 to 9 o'clock. All men, whether or not they have won the University basketball letters will be eligible if they are in good standing and have passed the strength test.
The following captains have been appointed temporarily: 1911 H. T. Webber: 1912--F. C. Davidson: 1913 J. A. Sullivan. The Freshman team will elect a captain at its first practice.
