The University Catalogue shows a total enrollment this year of 6279, a decrease of 29 from last year's figures. The greatest loss occurred in the enrollment of the Summer School, amounting to 304. If this were excluded there would be a net gain of 275. The Lawrence Scientific School has been discontinued as an undergraduate department. The College and the Graduate School of Business Administration show decreases, but these are more than offset by increases in the enrollment of the Graduate Schools of Arts and Sciences and of Applied Sciences.
