Edward Putnam Currier '09, of Wellesley Hills, captain and catcher, entered College from the Wellesley High School. While there he caught for four years on the baseball team. He has caught for the University team for four years. He is 22 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighs 143 pounds.
Newton Keith Hartford '09, of Watertown, pitcher, prepared at Watertown High School, where he pitched on the baseball team for four years and played halfback on the football team for one year. This is his third year as pitcher for the University nine. He is 22 years old, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs 171 pounds.
Samuel Trafford Hicks '10, of Arlington, pitcher, entered College from Arlington High School, where he played on the baseball team four years. This is his second year as pitcher on the University team. He has also played two years on the University hockey team, of which he is captain. He is 20 years old, is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, and weighs 160 pounds.
Templeton Briggs '09, of Chestnut Hill, first baseman, prepared at Volkmann School, where he played on the baseball team. In his Freshman year at College he captained the class team at shortstop. For three years he has played first base on the University nine. He is 22 years old, is 6 feet tall, and weighs 173 pounds.
John Andrews MacLaughlin '11, of Dorchester, second base, entered College from English High School, Boston, where he played three years on the nine. Last year he was left fielder on the Freshman
