Entries for the tennis singles championship of Massachusetts will be received up to 4 o'clock this afternoon by Richard Bishop '01, 1569 Beacon street, Brookline. Each entry should be accompanied by $1 as an entrance fee.

The tournament, which is open to all members of the University, will be held on the grounds of the Longwood Cricket Club at Longwood, Brookline. Grass courts will be used and all matches will be the best two in three advantage sets, except the challenge match, which will be the best three in five advantage sets.

Play will begin tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock and will be continued on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons at 3.30, and on Friday morning at 10 o'clock. Prizes will be awarded the winner of the tournament and the runner-up.
