There will be a race between the second and third Freshman eights at 3.30 o'clock this afternoon over a two-mile course in the Basin from Cottage Farm Bridge to the Union Boat Club. The men who show up best in this race will be retained to row in four-oars.

Second Freshman crew.--Stroke, Eckfeldt; 7, Roosevelt; 6, Weston; 5, Handy; 4, Davis; 3, Morgan; 2, Sullivan; bow, Parker; cox., Brownlee.

Third Freshman crew.--Stroke, Sargent; 7, Nelson; 6, Vickery; 5, Frothingham; 4, Henderson; 3, Talbot; 2, Day; bow, Eager; cox., Bowne.
