Professor T. N. Carver, Wells Professor in Economy and Secretary of the American Economic Association, will tour the far West, during the first two weeks in June, speaking before the larger colleges and the Harvard clubs in that section.
Professor Carver will leave Cambridge on June 5, and on June 9 he will deliver the commencement address at the University of Montana; the subject will be "The Productive Life." On June 10, he will speak before the State Normal School at Cheyenne, Wyoming. On June 13, he will speak before Whitman College at Walla Walla, Washington, on "The Alternative to Socialism," and on June 15, he will complete his tour by giving the Commencement address before the University of Washington, at Seattle, speaking on "Some Opportunities for National Growth."
