Baron D. Kikuchi, of Kyoto, Japan formerly Minister of Education, and president of the Tokyo Imperial University, now president of the Kyoto Imperial University, will deliver an address on "Japanese National Development" in the Lecture Room of the Fogg Museum this evening at 8 o'clock. The address which will be open to the public will have special reference to education.
After the lecture a reception open to invited guests will be given to Baron Kikuchi by the Japan Club in the Trophy Room of the Union.
