Attention of members of the University is called to the fact that the Assistant Recorder keeps in his office, 4 University Hall, a list of lectures, concerts and meetings for which halls and rooms in the University buildings are reserved. Before dates for such events are fixed, it is desirable that this list should be consulted, in order to avoid conflicts. In order to make this provision more effectual, the Assistant Recorder will be glad to keep any memoranda furnished him with regard to meetings taking place in rooms other than those reserved by him.
