The annual meeting of the Intercollegiate Association of Amateur Athletes of America will be held at the Waldorf-Astoria, New York City, tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock. L. M. Little '10 will represent Harvard at the meeting.

The most important matter to come before the association is the amendment to the constitution proposed by Columbia, whereby the date of the intercollegiate cross-country run will be changed from the third Saturday in November to the first Saturday after Thanksgiving. Several amendments to the association's "Laws of Athletics" will be considered.
