Fencing Team Lost to Columbia

In a closely contested tournament in New York last Saturday afternoon the University fencing team was defeated by Columbia by the score of 5 matches to 4. The individual scores follow: Columbia, Pit 1, Northrup 1, Dwyer 3; Harvard, MacLaughlin 1, Wilbur 1, Moore 2.

On Saturday evening, the members of the team, W. Hunt '11, J. A. MacLaughlin '11, J. M. Moore '11, G. B. Wilbur '12, competed at the Fencers' Club for the J. Sanford Saltus medals, which were won by the West Point team.
