Dr. Josef Redlich, professor of History in the University of Vienna, will give the third of the series of five Godkin Lectures in Emerson D this afternoon at 5.30 o'clock. The general subject of the lectures is "Austria and Hungary as a Federation," the special topic for today being "The New Foundation of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, 1848-1867." The lecture will be open to the public. The remaining two lectures will be given tomorrow and Saturday in Emerson D at 5.30 o'clock. The subjects will be as follows:
November 4.--"The Compromise of 1867 and its Development till the Present."
November 5.--"The Dual Monarchy and the Modern Ideas of Nationalism, Imperialism and Democracy."
