The University wrestling association will open its season next Thursday. L. B. Parks 2L. has been engaged as coach, and the fee will be $10 for five lessons a week, during a three months' season. If a sufficient number of men report, a team of undergraduates will be formed after the Christmas recess, as was done last year. Mr. W. F. Garcelon L.'95 or P. Withington '10 will manage the association. Those who become members are eligible to compete in recognized wrestling meets, such as the New England championships. All members of the University may join.
The association was organized in the spring of 1909, following a petition to the Athletic Committee. Its objects are to provide a means of healthful exercise during the winter months, and to promote an interest in wrestling at Harvard.
