No "H" Men in Fall Track Games

Contrary to the custom of past years no "H" men will be allowed to compete in the fall handicap track games next Friday. Since the real purpose of this meet is to find latent material, the coaches and captain have decided to keep the "H" men, whose abilities are already known, out of the games.
