The Freshman debating Club was organized last night in Sever 11 at a well-attended meeting, about 70 men being present. C. S. Collier '11, president of the University Debating Council, presided. The speakers were J. S. Davis 3G., Judge A. P. Stone '93, E. R. Burke 3L., and J. D. Ellis 3L. Temporary officers were elected as follows: president, G. E. Hubbard; Vice-president, G. V. Seldes; secretary, S. F. Withe; treasurer, A. T. Foster.
