1913 Crew Practice Begins Today

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Voluntary practice for candidates for the Freshman crew will begin today in the Newell boathouse under the supervision of Coach Wray. This preliminary work is intended especially for men who have had little or no experience in rowing, but all members of the class who intend to try for the crew are urged to avail themselves of this opportunity for individual coaching.

Candidates may report to Coach Wray this afternoon between the hours of 2 and 6 o'clock. Men will at first be drilled on the machines, but will be advanced to the tank as soon as their ability warrants. The regular call for all candidates will come on Monday, February 14, directly after the mid-year examinations.
