No Scrub Hockey During Mid-Years

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

It has been decided to postpone the remaining games in the scrub hockey series until after the mid-year period. As the Freshman team will be disbanded on February 12, the scrub teams may have exclusive use of the Freshman rink after that date.

There still remain five teams in the tournament: the Seven Sutherland Sisters, the Solid Ivories, the Whiff Whaffs, the Stars and Stripes and the Silver Stars. Two games will be played, thus eliminating two teams, and the remaining three teams will play a round robin for the championship. So far the Seven Sutherland Sisters have shown up much better than any of the other teams, having scored ten points to their opponents' none.
