The judges for the Freshman debate with Yale, which will be held in the New Lecture Hall tomorrow at 8 o'clock, have been chosen as follows: Mr. J. Mitchell Chapple, editor-in-chief of the "National Magazine," Mr. Walter S. Parker, assistant superintendent of schools in Boston; and Mr. D. O. S. Lowell, head-master of the Roxbury Latin School, who will preside.
