Mr. Arthur George Sedgwick '64 will deliver the sixth and last of the series of Godkin lectures, in Emerson D, this evening at 8 o'clock.
The general subject of the course is "Some Unsettled Questions Relating to Popular Government." In the final lecture this evening, Mr. Sedgwick will consider the special phase, "Limitations of Popular Government."
