Lecture on Christian Science at 8

Professor H. S. Hering, M.E., C.S.B., one of the official lecturers of the First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, will deliver a lecture on "Christian Science, the Science of Salvation," in Emerson D this evening at 8 o'clock.

After being graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Professor Hering studied in Johns Hopkins University, where he was later made professor of electrical engineering. He held this position for eight years, and then, in 1899, gave up his profession in order to devote his whole time to Christian Science. The lecture, which is under the auspices of the Christian Science Society, is open to all members of the University.
