Harvard and Yale Freshman Hockey

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

If the weather permits, the Freshman hockey team will play the last game of its schedule with the Yale freshmen in the Stadium at 2 o'clock this afternoon. In case there is no ice in the afternoon, and the weather becomes colder the game will be played in the evening, but if this is impossible another date will be arranged next week.

Out of the eight games played, the Freshmen have won five, lost two and tied one. Owing to the fact that none of the games give an opportunity for comparison with the Yale Freshmen it is impossible to make any forecast of today's game.

Lack of opportunity for practice early in the season has hindered the development of the Freshman team, and as a result there has been a lack of team-play, and the forwards do not yet work well together, though they are good individually. The defence is the strongest feature, though a satisfactory goal-keeper has not been found.

The line-up: HARVARD 1912.  YALE 1912. Yarnall, l.e.  r.e., Morritt, Wright Duncan, l.c.  r.c., Howe Pierce, Whidden, r.c.  l.c., Loutrel, Martin Reeves, Pratt, r.e.  l.e., Sivenson Houston, c.p.  c.p., Smith, Delworth Huntington, p.  p., Brooks Grinnell, g.  g., Halsey
