The stockholders of the Harvard Co-operative Society, in accordance with the society's by-laws, have made the following nominations of officers and directors for the year 1909-1910: stockholder, to serve five years, J.D. Greene '96; president, Professor W.B. Munro '99; treasurer, W.M. McInnis '85; secretary, A.A. Ballantine '04; directors--from the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Professor C.L. Bouton; from the alumni, A.S. Johnson '85; from the Medical School, Professor W.B. Cannon '96; from the University at large, Dr. H.L. Blackwell '99; from the Law School, R.B. Gregg 3L.; from the Graduate Schools, P.W. Saxton 2G.B.; from the Senior class, W.P. Fuller '10; from the Junior class, G.E. Jones, Jr., '11; from the Sophomore class, R.B. Wigglesworth '12. The superintendent of the society, F.A. Laws '97, is ex-officio a member of the board of directors.
In accordance with the by-laws other nominations may be made by petitions signed by at least 25 participating members of the society, such nominations to be delivered to the secretary of the society at least eight days before the annual meeting, which will be held in Lower Massachusetts on Wednesday, November 17, at 4.30 o'clock.
The annual dividend of 8 per cent. will be paid on Tuesday, November 16, at the society's store.
