For the first time in the history of Yale Freshman-Exeter football games, the preparatory school defeated the freshmen on Saturday by the score of 6 to 0.

In the first half Camp and Philbin succeeded in carrying the ball to Exeter's 25-yard line, where an attempted field-goal was lost. Towards the close of the second half a forward pass from Pearson to Gillis brought Exeter within striking distance and Wilson made the touchdown from which Downing kicked the goal. Exeter had carried the ball to the freshmen's 15-yard line when time was called.
