1912 Hockey Team Defeated Milton

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Freshman hockey team defeated Milton Academy at Milton yesterday afternoon by the score of 4 to 3. The play was fast and each goal closely contested, although the passing of both teams was inaccurate because of the soft condition of the ice.

Because of Milton's poor team-work in the first half the Freshmen were given a decided advantage and led at the end of that period, 3 to 0. The Milton team played together more consistently in the second half, scoring three goals to the Freshmen's one.

The summary: HARVARD 1912.  MILTON ACADEMY. Yarnall, l.e.  r.e., Sears Duncan, l.c.  r.c., Devereux Pierce, r.c.  l.c., Phillips Whidden, Reeves, Pratt, r.e.  l.e., Pratt Houston, c.p.  c.p., Handy Huntington, Balch, p.  p., Soule, Warren de Windt, Dunbar, g.  g., Zerrahn
