On the day of the New London boat races a special train of coaches will leave Boston from the South Station at 1.35 P.M., Back Bay Station at 1.39 P.M., and Providence at 2.38 P.M. The train is due to arrive at New London at 4.05 P.M. An observation train for the University eight-oared race will leave New London at 5.15 P.M. A special train will return for Providence and Boston, leaving New London 20 minutes after the finish of the University race, or in case of postponement, 20 minutes after such notice is given. Round trip excursion tickets from Boston will be $2.50.
An observation train for the Freshman and four-oared races will leave New London at 10.30 A.M. Tickets for this train may be obtained at Leavitt & Peirce's, or at the railroad offices in Boston.
