The matches of the interclass tennis tournament played yesterday resulted as follows: C. C. pell '08 defeated P. Grant '08, 6-2, 6-3; M. T. Ackerland '09 defeated M. W. Morrill '09, 6-1, 6-12; E. P. Pearson '09 defeated H. Powel '09, 6-2, 6-2; T. B. Townsend '10 defeated P. Large '10, 6-2, 6-3,; G. C. Adams '10 defeated D. V. Leland '10, 6-3, 6-1; E. L. Beard '10 defeated J. F. Day '10, 6-1, 6-3; E. L. Beard '10 defeated H. Fiosh '10, 6-2, 602; H. Nickerson '11 defeated F. W. Paul '11, 6-3, 6-2; H. Nickerson '11 defeated J. R. Tunis '11, 6-0, 601; F. f. A. Pearson '11 defeated W. A. Lawrence '11, 6-4, 6-4; E. M. Ach '11 defeated F. F. A. Pearson '11, 6-3, 6-4; A. Sweetser '11 defeated S. C. Simons '11, 6-4, 6-2.

The following matches will be played today. The results must be posted before 6.30 o'clock on the score cards in the CRIMSON office by the winners; otherwise both contestants will be considered out of the tournament. Several men are scheduled to play in more than one match.

1908--C. C. Pell vs. J. S. Gardiner.

1909--M. T. Ackerland vs. N. W. Niles; V. Kennard vs. O. W. Knauth; E. P. Pearson vs. winner of Kennard-Knauth match.

1910--T. B. Townsend vs. H. Peters; G. C. Adams vs. E. L. Beard.

1911--H. Nickerson vs. H. C. Kittredge; W. B. Fraser-Campbell vs. C. P. Aiken; A. Sweetser vs. winner of Aiken-Fraser-Campbell match.

The following trials to select the University team will also be held today; G. C. Adams '10 vs. W. H. Y. Hackett '08;; P. Grant '08 vs. M. T. Ackerland '09; F. Cutting '09 vs. H. W. H. Powel '09.
