The matches of the interclass tennis tournament played Saturday resulted as follows: C. C. Pell '08 defeated W. H. Y. Hackett '08, 6-2, 6-4; J. S. Gardiner '08 defeated S. Burt '08, 6-2, 5-7, 6-2; M. W. Morrill '09 defeated R. M. Field '09, by default; O. W. Knauth '09 defeated H. L. R. Buffington '09, 6-1, 6-1; T. B. Townsend '10 defeated E. G. Mears '10, 6-2, 3-6, 6-1; H. Peters '10 defeated J. L. Stoddard '10, 6-2, 7-5; D. V. Leland '10 defeated W. S. Milius, 6-3, 6-1; S. C. Adams '10 defeated H. B. Richardson '10, 6-0, 6-0; A. Sweetser '11 defeated W. C. Hodgdon 11, 6-1, 6-1.

The following matches will be played today. The results must be posted before 6.30 o'clock on the score cards in the CRIMSON office by the winners; otherwise both contestants will be considered out of the tournament. Several men are scheduled to play in more than one match.

1908--C. C. Pell vs. P. Grant.

1909--M. W. Morrill vs. M. T. Ackerland; H. Powel vs. E. P. Pearson; V. Kennard vs. O. W. Knauth.

1910--T. B. Townsend vs. P. Large; D. V. Leland vs. C. S. Adams; E. L. Beard vs. J. F. Day; H. Fish vs. winner of Beard-Day match.

1911--H. Nickerson vs. F. W. Paul; J. R. Tunis vs. winner of Nickerson-Paul match; W. A. Lawrence vs. F. F. A. Pearson; E. M. Ach vs. winner of Lawrence-Pearson match; A. Sweetser vs. S. C. Simons; J. C. Johnson vs. R. Crosbie; W. B. Fraser-Campbell vs. winner of Crosbie-Johnson match.

The following trials to select the University tennis team will also be held today: S. C. Adams '10 vs. W. H. Y. Hackett '08; P. Grant '08 vs. M. T. Ackerland '09.
