There will be handicap competitions in the broad jump, high jump, pole-vault, 16-pound shot-put, and 16-pound hammer-throw this afternoon at 3.30 o'clock. The four first mentioned events will take place in the baseball cage and the hammer-throw will be from a wooden platform on Soldiers Field. A medal will be awarded to the winner of first place in each event. Additional entries will be taken at the cage this afternoon until the beginning of the competition. Coach Quinn, Captain Rand, H. E. Harwood '10, L. Little '10 and A. Wheeler '11 will act as judges.
