The high jump competition in the baseball cage yesterday afternoon was won by A. D. Barker '11 with an actual jump of 5 ft. 9 1-2 in.; R. P. Pope '10 was second with a jump of 5 ft. 7 in.; A. Dennis '11 and C. K. Keay '12 tied for third place with the bar at 5 ft. 4 3-4 in. C. Hann '11 won the 16-lb. shot-put competition with an actual distance of 35 ft. 4 in.; J. P. Long '11 was second with 32 ft. 6 in.; and S. B. Comstock Sp. third with 34 ft. 9 in.
Competitions in the broad jump and pole-vault will be held in the cage tomorrow at 4 o'clock.
