At the suggestion of Harvard, the future of colleges and universities which collect tuition fees will be discussed by the Association of Colleges of New England at its meeting at Boston University this morning. President C. W. Eliot '53 and J. D. Greene '96 will represent Harvard. The first session was held yesterday afternoon, at which the presidents of 13 colleges were present.
