The arrangements for the Republican intercollegiate torch-light parade next Friday night have been completed. The parade will consist of six divisions: the first two will be from Harvard; the North Shore Marching Clubs will compose the third; Brown, Tufts, Amherst, and Boston University the fourth; and Technology the last two. All the divisions will form with the heads of their columns on Arlington street; the Harvard divisions in Beacon street, the North Shore Marching Clubs in Marlborough street, Brown, Tufts, Amherst, and Boston University in Commonwealth avenue, and the Technology divisions in Newbury street.

The parade will start promptly at 8.30 o'clock from the corner of Beacon and Arlington streets. The line of march runs down Beacon street to Park street and then turns to right down Park street as far as Tremont street. It runs along Tremont street as far as Boylston street, there turning to the right out Boylston street and Huntington avenue, keeping to the left to avoid the car tracks, to Ruggles street. The parade will there turn to the left, march to Columbus avenue, and, turning to the left again, march back to Massachusetts avenue. The line of march then runs along Massachusetts avenue, where the parade will disband; the Harvard contingent continuing across the bridge, the North Shore Marching Clubs turning down Marlborough street, Brown, Tufts, Amherst, and Boston University down Commonwealth avenue, and Technology down Newbury street. Men remaining in Boston will be required to take off their caps and gowns and to deposit their torches in wagons which will be provided for that purpose.
