A meeting of all candidates for the University track team will be held tonight at 7.30 o'clock in Lower Massachusetts, preparatory to the commencement of work tomorrow. Mr. W. F. Garcelon will discuss the prospects for this year's team, Captain E. J. Dives will outline the plans for both winter and spring work, and Coach J. G. Lathrop will give some general information on methods of training, and announce the hours for squads. N. W. Bingham '95, J. W. Hallowell 01, G. B. Morrison '83 and F. W. Bird 3L. will also probably be present.

More than 500 men have already signified their intention of trying for the team by filling out cards. As too much emphasis cannot be placed on the value of the winter work, it is important that everyone of these men should be present tonight.
