Harvard 1911 vs. Yale 1911 at 7.45

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Harvard and Yale Freshman basketball teams will play their annual game in Mechanics Hall tonight at 7.45, beginning before the University game, and continuing during the intermission between the halves. The Freshmen are exceptionally strong this year, and their team work and shooting have steadily improved since the beginning of the season. The forwards are fast and shoot well, while Wellmann at centre is very clever in his floor work and in handling of the ball. The guards, Dow and Webber, play together well and are very effective in intercepting passes and working the ball down the floor.

As neither team has suffered a defeat this season and both are composed of good players, a very close game should result. The line-up: HARVARD 1911.  YALE 1911. Jamerson, l.f.  r.f., Strowbridge Miller, Case, r.f.  l.f., Preston Wellmann, c.  c., Haines Webber, l.g.  r.g., Murphy Dow, r.g.  l.g., Somers
