A meeting of men interested in the formation of a Cosmopolitan Club in the University was held yesterday afternoon, at which J. D. Greene '96 was authorized to appoint a committee to prepare a list of persons to be invited to a meeting for the formation of the club. The qualifications for membership were discussed, and it was decided that the proportion of Americans in the club should not exceed one-third of the total membership. All foreign students in the University will be eligible to membership.

No definite constitution will be drawn up until the arrival of the constitution which has been adopted in clubs of a similar nature in four other colleges.
