YALE CREW QUARTERS, GALES FERRY, CT., June 16, 1907.-Yesterday morning the university eight held another time row, going upstream over smooth water, in the time of 22 minutes and 37 seconds. The crew was towed to the draw bridge and started there, the freshman eight taking up the race at the one-mile mark. At the two-mile mark the university fur-oar joined in with a lead of a third of a mile. The university crew succeeded in beating the freshmen by one length. The men rested in the afternoon and went sailing on the yacht Tuscarora. No work was done today by any of the crews.
