The handicap hammer-throwing contest, held yesterday afternoon on Soldiers Field, was won by W. Peirce '07, 15 ft. handicap, distance 147 ft., 7 in.; second, B. M. Nussbaum '08, 25 ft. handicap, distance, 142 ft., 5 in.; third, R. H. Oveson 2L., 10 ft. handicap, distance, 139 ft., 9 in.
