Major Leonard Darwin, of London, will give his fourth lecture on "Municipal Ownership" in Emerson Hall this evening at 8 o'clock. The subject for tonight's lecture will be "Municipal Ownership without Direct Employment. Municipal Ownership and Socialistic Ideals." The lecture will be open to the public.
