Golf Championship Begins Today

The individual golf championship of the University will begin today on the Oakley Country Club course with a qualifying round of 18 holes of medal play, the best eight scores to qualify for match play. The first round will be played tomorrow and the semi-finals and finals will be played next week at the convenience of the contestants. A gold medal will be awarded to the winner and a silver medal to the runner-up.

Entries may be made with W. Hickox, Matthews 24, or at the course until 2 o'clock. An entrance fee of $1 will be charged.
