In a hard contested game yesterday afternoon, the Senior lacrosse team defeated the Juniors by the score of 3 to 2. Until the last few minutes of play the Juniors held the advantage, but by a desperate effort the Seniors made three goals in rapid succession.
The summary: Score--1907, 3; 1908, 2. Goals--Wendell 3, Furber 2. Referee--F. W. Wead '05. Goal umpires--S. S. Sheip '09, H. R. Eisner '09. Timekeeper--H. Goepper '09. 1907 and 1909 Play Final Game at 4. This afternoon at 4 o'clock the Seniors will play the Sophomores for the class championship. Each team has played a strong game thus far in the series, and today's game should be close and interesting.
