Major Leonard Darwin, of London, will give his third lecture on "Municipal Ownership" in Emerson Hall this evening at 8 o'clock, on the subject, "Municipal Corruption. Wages under Municipal Ownership. The Direct Employment of Labor by Municipalities." The lecture will be open to the public.
