Teachers' Association Meeting

The Harvard Teachers' Association will hold its sixteenth annual meeting in the New Lecture Hall Saturday. There will be two sessions, morning and afternoon, only the former being open to the public. The subject for the first will be "The Basis of Efficient Education--Culture or Vocation." Mr. A. W. Roberts '81, teacher of the Classics in Brookline High School, and Professor A. E. Kennelly will speak. After the formal speeches, Mr. R. A. Woods, of the South End House, will commence a general discussion.

The afternoon session, which will be limited to the members of the association, will be devoted to the discussion of "Industrial Education." The speakers will be Mr. C. H. Thurber, managing editor of Ginn & Co., Mr. J. Golden, president of the United Textile Workers of America, and Mr. C. W. Hubbard '78, of the Ludlow Mfg. Co. The annual dinner of the association will be held at the Union between the sessions.
