Addresses by Hon. J. D. Long '57 and Hon. Wm. McAdoo.

Ex-Governor John D. Long '57 and Hon. William McAdoo, ex-congressman and police commissioner of New York City, will speak in the Living Room of the Union next Thursday evening, at 7.30 o'clock. The subject of Mr. McAdoo's address will be "The Guarding of the City," and Mr. Long will speak on "The Guarding of the State." These addresses have been arranged for by the Social Service Committee, and will be given under the joint auspices of the Social Service Committee and the Union. Professor G. Peabody '69 will preside.

The meeting will be open only to members of the Union.
