Dr. Henry Berkowitz Speaks Tonight on "The Menorah"

Dr. Henry Berkowitz, of Philadelphia, will deliver a lecture on "The Menorah in the Light of History," in Emerson D, this evening at 8 o'clock. The lecture, which is given under the auspices of the Harvard Menorah Society, will be open to the public.

The lecturer studied at Cornell University, the University of Cincinnati, and the Hebrew Union College. He is the founder of the Kansas City Public Bureau of Charities, and the founder and Chancellor of the Jewish Chautauqua Society. He has published several books on biblical and social problems, among which are "Bible Ethics," "The Pulpit Message," "The Open Bible," and "Judaism and the Social Question."
