Out of 42 songs submitted the Football Song Committee yesterday chose "The Spirit of Harvard," by "Jingle," and "Cambridge Town," by "Gosh Billings," and "Bark Twaid," for trial at the mass meetings. The songs will be tried out at the Carlisle and Dartmouth games, and the song meeting with the most approval will be used at the Yale game. The names of the authors will not be disclosed until after the final selection has been made, in order that judgment of the songs may be fair.
