Judge Harvey H. Baker, of the Suffolk County Court, and Rev. J. W. F. Barnes, Chaplain of the Massachusetts State Prison in Charlestown, will be the speakers at the first conference of the Social Service Committee, to be held this evening at 8 o'clock in the Parlor of Phillips Brooks House. Judge Baker will speak on "Juvenile Courts," and Mr. Barnes on "The Criminal." After the addresses opportunity will be given for questions and discussion on any points brought up in the meeting. All men in the University interested in Social Service work are invited to be present.
